Doro Wot An Ethiopian delicacy prepared with utmost care and usually served on Holidays and special occasions or offered to well respected guests. Chicken stew simmered in barbere (red pepper) sauce or simmered in ginger sauce with garlic, onion and herbal butter. Served with boiled egg and drumstick or strip chicken breast.  $14.00

Yebeg Wot Gently spiced freshly made lamb stew served with injera  $15.75

Yebeg Alicha Lamb stew for the soft palated, served with injera. $15.75

Kitfo Beef tartar seasoned with herbal butter, red pepper and cardamom. It can be ordered rare, medium or well done.   $12.00

Dulet A spicy mixture of finely chopped tripe, liver, and beef, seared with onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers and a touch of mitmita  $14.00

Kitfo Dulet A unique Ethio Café recipe of Kitfo uniquely spiced with onion and jalapeno to produce a fusion of the best tastes of both Kitfo and Dulet. $14.00

Gored Gored Beef cubes soaked in home made awaze sauce and our herbal butter and sprinkled with diced onion and jalapeno. Can be ordered raw, medium or well done  $14.00

Yebeg Tibs A choice of cubed tender beef or lamb or beef kidneys fried with onion, rosemary, jalapeno pepper. Can be ordered spicy or mild. $15.75

Yebeg Kikil Succulent lamb meat simmered in herbal butter with finely chopped onions, garlic, herbs, and spices  $15.75
